Handmade in Nicaragua, La Mission by L'Atelier Import cigars, of which Pete Johnson of Tatuaje is a partner, is a cigar inspired by a Bordeaux winery called Chateau La Mission. The “1989” date corresponds to the year that the winery received a 100 point rating from Robert Parker, a highly respected wine critic and publisher of The Wine Advocate.
